Breaking Patterns.
Lynnda Pollio
We are all stuck in prisons of our own making.
From difficult relationships to financial challenges to our mundane daily habits, every life pattern is connected. Once we discover this natural law, we can begin to disconnect from the unhealthy patterns that are keeping us unconsciously circling through life.
You do not have to struggle to change the big patterns in your life. You won’t have to. The key is to make a series of small changes everyday. By sneaking up on your big, bad patterns, by nibbling away, life will shift, you will shift, and everything will transform.
Your small daily habits are the scaffolding holding up the bigger life patterns.
By changing the little things, you create cracks in the bones of the big beasts. Eventually, the scaffolding will collapse and the big beasts wither and die. Then all you have to do is be willing to let go.
I do not ask you to climb a mountain.
I ask that you just take a different path around that mountain. To start, you must know that you are loved exactly the way you are. There is no other way you have to be unless the need to change is coming from deep within yourself. Let no one else own that power over you. You are perfect. You simply want to evolve.
If you’re ready, you’ve reached a certain level of pain, which is causing you to take action.
Be grateful for that pain as it is guiding you to a better place. For now, disconnect from your desire in the outcome of this change. The release of old patterns is all you should seek. Simply replace everything you release with something new and brighter.
So, take a more scenic route to work.
Wake up an hour early and go to the gym. Replace fifteen minutes of television with fifteen minutes of meditation. Every day, in some way, make small, meaningful changes in your life and the big things will take care of themselves.
